Physical training and nutrition support for military and emergency response personnel. Our founder, Chris M. Edwards, PhD, is incredibly passionate about supporting both performance on the job and ensuring members of this community are physically fit to withstand what ever challenges come their way. Her research focuses on injuries, what is causing them, and how to prevent them. Combined with her extensive experience working with reg force and special operations teams, at home and on deployment, Coach Chris is uniquely qualified and is a leader in her field.
Our other high performance coaches are professionals with years of experience in high performance tactical environments including SOF, military, LEO, and emergency response. Our goal is to make sure you are good to go for your job, but also able do what you love outside of work.
70-90% of Canadian military personnel will be injured during their career. Fitness plays a huge role in not getting hurt and is important for recovery. Our programs apply the latest research, prioritising both performance and injury prevention.
The Wolf was founded in 2019 by Dr. Chris to expand injury and performance support to Military, LEO, and MCTs. The initial aim? Decrease time from research completion to clinical implementation. Since then, it has expanded to include advising and consulting for defence and security organisations globally.
